The unit is very compact and fitted out in a comfortable but industrial style and seating is beside the brewing vessels. There are eight keg taps; changing guest draft beers are available from local breweries in Euro Kegs and Key Kegs. There is a small bottled beer range, along with Tutts Clump cider. No food on offer beyond snacks.

Reputedly one of the oldest Inns in Wokingham, this locals pub is situated in the heart of the town and is free of tie. Named after St. Crispin who is the Patron Saint of Cobblers, hence the pub sign on show outside the pub. A friendly little hostelry, it offers up to five constantly changing real ales (normally three on weekdays and five at weekends) including local brews from the likes of Hogs Back and Loddon. The pub does not serve food, however plates and cutlery are provided for you to consume your own food with a drink purchased from the bar. Charity events are hosted and beer festivals are held in the garden area, which has seating a gazebo and a smoking area. A darts team is based here and Perudo, Poker and Aunt Sally (in Summer) are played here. Dogs are welcome. Free Wi-Fi is available with the code displayed in the bar. Recently re-opened under new management, a modern-built, popular town centre pub standing on part of the site of the old Wellington Brewery. Here there were stalls for horses and a 'Gig' House for the carts they pulled around town, from which the pub derives its name. The pub serves three hand-pumped real ales. In summer, tables and chairs are set up on the Plaza for drinking and dining alfresco. Breakfast served 9 am until 3 pm. The Gig House Roast served all day Sunday.
