Stone Beck
Grantley Drive, Harrogate HG3 2XS
Located in the middle of the Jennyfield housing estate it looks to serve its local community well. It has a traditional public and lounge bar layout served from a central servery. The front of the building has four odd turret affairs, under the one over the public bar is a pool table and under the one over the lounge is a table football machine. There are traditional buttoned leather upholstered benches with tables and chairs in the public bar, while the lounge is furnished with armchairs around tables. Only very rarely serves any real ale.
Swan
17 Devonshire Place, Harrogate HG1 4AA
Formerly known as the Black Swan and then the Swan on the Stray, this Market Town Taverns pub was refurbished in a modern style in 2016. Although once a two-room pub with a central corridor this is long gone but the vestiges of that layout remain in two distinct areas, one with an L-shaped counter. Handpumps are located on one side serving beers from Yorkshire breweries. There is a beer garden at the rear, and well-behaved children and dogs are welcome until 8pm. Note that the pub may close early at quiet times.
Tap on Tower Street
Tower Street, Harrogate HG1 1HS
Completely refurbished in modern style by new operators in 2017, however the three-room layout is unchanged. Trotters
13 Cheltenham Parade, Harrogate HG1 1DD

The pub can get very busy due to its location near Harrogate's conference and exhibition centre. Disabled access is through the rear entrance in the Ginnel.

Large pub standing on a busy crossroads near the Great Yorkshire Showground. A mix of round and square tables, each is armed with a menu, and seating is provided on some upholstered benches and a collection of chairs. Some tongue and groove remains below cream walls which are decorated with old photos.
