Formerly the iconic Harrogate Brasserie, a mainstay of Harrogate for nearly 30 years, Timothy Taylor's purchased this establishment in 2017 continuing to run it as a restaurant and boutique hotel under the same name until September 2019 when it was refurbished and is now operating with more emphasis towards drinkers as suggested by the new name. The main bar area is in the centre with high tables and stools, and low tables in the window. There is a restaurant area to the left, and a separate raised carpeted area on the right-hand side. There are 14 rooms, and dinner, bed and breakfast packages are available for those wishing to stay over. The pub is open for breakfast 8am to 11.30am daily. Five handpulls on the bar serve a range of Taylor's beers.
