We are a very traditional pub, serving a selection of classic beers along with a variety of pub food including Jim's homemade burgers.The Royal Oak has a few car parking spaces at the front of the building with additional parking at the back of the pub on the industrial estate.The pub itself has a small beer garden situated to the side of the building too.Inside we have two pool tables & a dartboard in the public bar, and show both Sky Sports & BT Sport.We also cater for all family occasions, celebrations and gatherings from as little as £6 per head, depending on the party size.The pub highlights in the evening are that we have two pool teams and a crib team that are always looking for new players to join.The Royal Oak has also been the home of the Boozingstoke Rockabilly's since 2014 and hold a Rockabilly night here once a month.

Some 160 years old, the pub is on the north side of town near the A339 ring road. After a period of being closed and looking very likely never to reopen, the Soldiers gained a new lease of life becoming a focal point for the local community. Good value food and themed evenings balance nicely with discos and music quiz nights. The front of the pub overlooks the playing fields opposite. There are usually two guest ales alongside the London Pride, often from local Basingstoke brewery Longdog.

This is a lively corner local with the atmosphere you would expect at a busy town centre pub. With a good choice of cask beers, prices are good for the area. The beers are well kept and the pub regularly features large screen-televised sports. It is basically a traditional town centre pub with no frills, interesting clientele but a warm welcome.

The White Hart Inn is approximately 300 years old and one of the oldest pubs in Basingstoke. There are some cosy sofas where you can relax, enjoy drinks, snack meals and lively conversation. They also have a pool table, dart board and jukebox. Pub features live music regularly plus other entertainment such as comedy, poker and quiz nights and DJ's. Pub sells craft ales and lagers on draught and bottles. One hand pump with real ale is used occasionally. Fully refurbished in February 2017.

A sports-based members' club with a pub license so open to all. CAMRA members get members' price if card is shown. The site is home to cricket, squash, football and rugby. Widescreen TV's show major sports events. An annual programme of social activities is held and facilities can be hired including a small function room. As opening hours and meal times change depending on the season and sporting fixtures, please phone for details. It is the home of Hampshire OctoberFest Beer Festival and has won the Branch Club of the Year 2017, 2019 and 2020.

This newbuild which opened September 2020 is built in the style of a historic Hampshire farmhouse with an attached barn with wooden-beamed high ceilings. This large, mainly open plan pub majors in food with a long bar area with 5 handpumps. It is named after the Holly Blue, a beautiful butterfly found locally and can sometimes be sighted in Beggarwood Park which adjoins the pub between April and September. The far dining room is decorated with wall to wall pictures and curios, (riding saddles!) adding to a quirky but comfortable atmosphere.

The Gabardine bar was born out of COVID, yes an unusual time to decide I hear you say. But what better time to build a new independent Coffee & Wine bar, starting afresh when everyone will be looking forward to the day we become free again.The name was taken from the blue plaque outside the building. Thomas Burberry opened his first showroom in the building we now lease. Gabardine was the waterproof fabric he invented back in 1857. Gabardine is also a great play on words for us as it incorporate’s the words bar and dine which is our place.We recently did a revamp after a trip to Boston and New York picking up ideas from lots of independent coffee and wine bars.We hope you enjoy our place as much as we have building it.We pride ourselves on being a community hub for people to relax, hold meetings and parties.We are always looking to help the community in anyway so if you have any ideas please let us know
