A community pub, dating from the 17th century, having a central corridor with two small rooms on one side and the main bar on the other. At the rear is a second bar used at busy times, and a room available for functions. There is also a popular skittle alley. As well as the two regulars, there can be up to three guest beers which can be from local independents or sometimes from more distant breweries. Live music often played at weekends.

The beers usually come from breweries in Worcestershire and the surrounding counties, but occasionally from small breweries further afield. Draught cider and perry is from Barbourne in the city. There is also an ever changing range of whiskies for the connoisseur. Small outside patio area. Rolls available at weekends and when the cricket is on. Cooked meals available Friday and Saturday 12-3. Sunday roast served 1-3.
