A welcoming family-run pub that unusually has a no-TV-sports policy making it particularly female friendly and family friendly. An amazing collection of traditional pub games - ring the bull, crokinole, irish rings, Evesham quoits, Victorian bagatelle, devil amongst tailors, corn hole and shut the box accompany crib and dominoes. These games are played regularly and free tuition is available so everyone can join in. Three outside areas including a bespoke smoking shelter, children's play area, rabbits, guinea pigs and two aviaries. A fifty-seater function room is available for family and corporate events, with a built-in disco and lightshow.
