Jaspers Arms

Refurbished in 2015 and called "Jaspers Arms" to denote a pub rather than a restaurant with a major alteration of lounge, bar and outside area. Now incorporates a semi-island bar with distinct areas for lounge and bar and imaginatively decorated in a mix of modern and traditional. The Lounge section is a large area with plush leather seating and small areas for more intimate drinking. The bar area incorporates a dart board. There is a cellar bar open at weekends, and for private functions. The outside of the pub is painted a striking mustard colour with white detailing. A porch and disabled access has been added during the refurbishment and tables for outside drinking in good weather. The large car park at the rear has a fine view of the Victorian Railway Viaduct. Happy "hour" Monday - Friday 4.30 - 7.30pm
Crown

Pub is near the centre of town near all the facilities Shifnal is noted for,; takeaway's, pubs and restaurants. Previously owned by Woods Brewery, The Crown is now independently owned, and at the time of writing is described by the owner as a work in progress. It has a large room at front with a bar central up a step. This and the lack of suitable toilets make it unsuitable for wheelchairs. There is a large room at the back of the bar and an entrance to a suntrap lounge with a covered area, and also a side entrance from the street Only guest beers are available at present (3) A restaurant on the upper floor is planned for the future.

Currently a bar and restaurant for Nepalese and Indian food, with a large front room with tables and chairs and TVs each end. At the rear is another large room also with tables and chairs and a TV. Outside is a large area with some heating. Accommodation was due to be ready in the week following our visit (October 2021). Presently two beers are available, but more are planned if needed. Dogs are only allowed outside. There are no disabled toilets. Church Street is one way. The nearest bus stop for 14, 891, X14 Telford, Wolverhampton and Cannock respectively are outside the Jaspers Inn in Victoria Road.
Park House Hotel

Large hotel with a bar called Butlers Bar. Access is from the front door of this Grade II listed building dating from 1699. The large free car park and entrance to the hotel is at the rear. Gardens at the front with plenty of seating.
