Listed as an Asset of Community Value (ACV) in April 2014, the first Sheffield pub to achieve this status. Relisted in August 2019. Beers vary, but often include Black Sheep, Bradfield, Robinsons, Timothy Taylors and Wychwood. Occasional live music, quiz on Sunday evenings, Wednesday evening poker and Thursday, bingo and card night.

Cosy pub dating back to 1885, originally three cottages built in the 18th century that were then converted into a pub in the 19th century. The pub was purchased from Thwaites by a local community society in Oct 2014 and is now run as a community pub and free house. Two handpumps offer a constantly changing range of beers from Acorn, Bradfield, Kelham Island, Stanceil, and White Rose. Delicious, good-value food served except on Mondays and Tuesdays.

A triangular shaped pub on a sharp corner with raised seating areas and lots of wooden and brass features (More character than Gerard Depardieu). It is popular with real ale enthusiasts as well as local office workers. The friendly staff serve up to six cask beers and a basic bar snack menu including cheese boards, chip butties and pizzas. Quiz Wednesday evenings. The pub's house beer is brewed on the micro-plant at Marston's.

Washington
