Suburban Marston's pub offering the corporate two-for-one formula on food. The spacious multi-level interior has largely modern decor, but a number of old exposed timbers hint at the building's former life as a barn. In theory there is a changing Marston's guest ale, but it tends to be Hobgoblin. Large beer terrace at the front. Toilets are disabled-friendly.

Tidy suburban pub with a deceptively large and long interior. A refurbishment has added lots of bare brick and old timbers - clearly a bolt-on but looking the part. Towards the rear is an elegant dining area where weekend booking is advisable. The atmosphere is enhanced by three log-burning open fires. Beer garden and beer terrace at the rear.

Large suburban pub, re-opened as an Ember Inn in June 2015. The well-furnished interior is typical of the brand style, with the large interior split into a variety of areas with comfy seating throughout. Open fires grace the areas to both left and right of the central bar. To the front is a tidy beer terrace. Up to six ales available, plus regular Westons and Thatchers cider. Straight or dimpled-jug glass choice.

Formerly the White Lion, this large estate pub has undergone a major refurbishment. The large room to the left of the main entry is now an upmarket dining area, while to the right is a comfortable bar. Sheltered patio area to the rear.

The pleasant seating area surrounding the pub has a variety of shrubs plus heated patio areas, while the comfortable interior features a log fire to the rear and several flaming gas fires. Good food is offered until 10pm. All cask ales are sold at a special price on Mondays & Thursdays. Car parking requires registration entry.

Family-run pub geared towards dining, though drinkers are always made welcome. The décor has an engagingly eccentric style, with mirrors, lamps, curiosities and colourful seating. The four guest ales change but often come from well-known breweries. There's an excellent wide-ranging food menu, with fish-lovers looked after particularly well. Live music is hosted on the last Friday of the month. A small beer terrace is to the front. Car parking is free but requires registration number entry at the bar.
