Tidy suburban pub with a deceptively large and long interior. A refurbishment has added lots of bare brick and old timbers - clearly a bolt-on but looking the part. Towards the rear is an elegant dining area where weekend booking is advisable. The atmosphere is enhanced by three log-burning open fires. Beer garden and beer terrace at the rear.
