The Millstream Bar is in the main theatre, music and arts venue on the canalside in Banbury town centre. Always open to the public, but can be very busy when there is a gig or show in the theatre space. Please note that Sunday hours are not fixed. 4 handpumps adorn the bar: 3 for ale (often local) and 1 for a real cider.

Traditional old English pub which first became an inn in 1570, featuring original wood panelling dating from the English Civil War. It is reported to be the location where Cromwell's men met to plan the Battle of Edge Hill and the siege of Banbury Castle. The pub features many items of interest including a large selection of pub jugs and other brewery artefacts. Food is served at lunchtimes & evenings, see the blackboard for good -value meals. There is a wide range of Hook Norton Beers available, including seasonal beers and craft ales. A pub quiz is held each Thursday night and there is a Blues Club on the first Sunday of every month.

The Three Pigeons is a beautiful 17th-century thatched coaching inn situated in Banbury town centre, which having been purchased by private owners underwent a major renovation to a very high standard after many years of neglect at the hands of a major pub company, reopening in 2012. Four handpumps adorn the bar, serving a selection of local and national ales (two regulars and two changing). There is also an interesting menu of high quality food, and three luxury bedrooms make it a good base for a relaxing break.
