Formerly the Malt and Hops, this pub re-opened under it's new name in late 2013. You might think that it's just another Irish theme pub, but whilst it boasts Irish ephemera, it serves cask ale too. It's Irish theme comes because the new owners are Irish and also run the Racehorse pub nearby. It has been tastefully refurbished with comfortable seating and is now a free house. 3 hand pulls on an L- shaped bar serve an Otter beer, Taylor's Landlord and a guest such as Bath Gem.
