Part of the 5 star Castle Hotel including the Bow Bar, this restaurant, bar, café is open all day and serves food from 7am-9pm (10pm Thursday-Saturday). Food is locally sourced and the menu is extensive, but you don’t have to eat. There is a strong coffee trade through the day and drinks trade from early evening with the after-works drinkers followed by a later surge of those on a night out. Cool, sophisticated and welcoming.
