Former coaching inn, situated just off the town centre, next to the Exe Bridge. Built around 1823 and became a Wetherspoon in 1998. Re-styled in 2019 to include upstairs toilets a downstairs extension and sliding and fold out doors to the large rear seating area and terrace. Features a glass covered walk over well. Up to ten real ales available.

Micropub, opened in 2012, in a former pet shop, and named after a relative of one of the former joint owners. The original large glass windows have been etched with local brewery motifs. There are four casks of real ale on racking behind the compact wooden bar area, plus four real ciders, all from the South-West. Two ales are from Otter and Hunter breweries. Another small carpeted area is off to one side of the bar. Toilet facilities are limited. Pub has a new owner, and has had some improvements/upgrades to its décor. It remains a warm, welcoming establishment, popular with locals as well as visitors to Tiverton. The pub hosts a thriving open mic night with musicians from across the region, which happens every last Saturday in the month.

Friendly social club, in the centre of Tiverton, affiliated to the Association of Conservative Clubs, offering many traditional games, darts, snooker, pool and varied entertainment. Two real ales are usually on offer. CAMRA members gain free entry on production of valid membership card. Guests allowed in, with club member, for £2.00 entry fee. The club is an accredited premier training centre for British Centre of Innkeeping. Changing beers usually include an IPA style ale and one from Bays Brewery.

A clean modern building with a large function room, situated opposite a bus stop on the route of the 395 & 398 buses and also the 55A (Sundays only). Non- members are welcome, however members enjoy a 15% discount off drinks and the cost of function room bookings (up to 4 a year).
