The Gallery restaurant, open to all, offers good-value lunches and evening meals. There is a popular carvery on Sunday. Full wheelchair access is provided, with lifts to the first floor. The hotel is about half-a-mile from the town centre, near Tesco. The hotel is open 24 hours.

Micropub, opened in 2012, in a former pet shop, and named after a relative of one of the former joint owners. The original large glass windows have been etched with local brewery motifs. There are four casks of real ale on racking behind the compact wooden bar area, plus four real ciders, all from the South-West. Two ales are from Otter and Hunter breweries. Another small carpeted area is off to one side of the bar. Toilet facilities are limited. Pub has a new owner, and has had some improvements/upgrades to its décor. It remains a warm, welcoming establishment, popular with locals as well as visitors to Tiverton. The pub hosts a thriving open mic night with musicians from across the region, which happens every last Saturday in the month.

Two real ales are usually on offer. CAMRA members gain free entry on production of valid membership card. Guests allowed in, with club member, for £2.00 entry fee. The club is an accredited premier training centre for British Centre of Innkeeping. Changing beers usually include an IPA style ale and one from Bays Brewery.
