The Victory Pub & Kitchen is a sports lounge bar, housed within the Village hotel near the waterside in Swansea docks area. The 'pub' area is a large room with lots of lounge and seating areas. Traditional pub food is available. A popular venue for locals and hotel residents to watch sport on big match days. After 11 p.m. the bar is only open to hotel residents only.

Bay View

A historic landmark for over 100 years, the Bay View is located on the main coast road in the city. This large triangular shaped building holds a combined pub, lounge and Thai dining restaurant. The single large room is split into separate comfortable areas of formal restaurant dining, a lounge area at the rear, with benches in the central bar area. There is a single long bar along one wall. Although there are two real ale hand pulls on the bar, usually only one is in use at any time!

Builders Arms

36 Oxford Street, Swansea SA1 3HT

A traditional locals pub, located on the edge of the cities shopping area and near to the theatre. It has a large single room, split into three distinct seating areas around a C-shaped bar. A pool table and darts board are located at the rear and there is also a small balcony seating area upstairs under a raised vaulted beamed ceiling.

Cross Keys Inn

12 St. Mary Street, Swansea SA1 3LH

Very large city centre pub located on the foundations of a 13th century hospice. The pub is fashioned after the Tudor style of buildings. It caters for large crowds during major sporting matches with multiple TV's. Due to its size, there are quiet areas of the pub, though music is only loud during the weekends/matches. The pub has a very large and popular outside area/garden, with heaters, which is unusual for the city centre, and a private function room for hire. There are four hand pumps available with some occasional guest ales.

Grand Hotel

Ivey Place, Swansea SA1 1NX

Located in the ground floor of a large hotel, across the plaza from the railway station. This large Bistro Bar & Grill is open to the general public and also offers food all day. It is decorated with several pictures of Welsh sport. Several TV's are usually running along with some music. One of the two cask ales available is usually from a local brewery.

Morfa Parc

Harvester chain restaurant located in a stand alone building, next to the city's main soccer/rugby stadium. Breakfast is served from 9am-11am, with main meals served from 11am. Inside there is a separate seating area for drinkers by the bar and although there is no real ale, some craft beer is available.

Three Lamps

The Three Lamps is a multi floor venue in the heart of Swansea that opened in Dec 2018 after a major rebuild which has transformed this historic building. Located on the edge of Castle Square in the heart of the city, equi-distanced between the city's train and bus stations it has an open-air wood-fired grill, live music and micro-brewery, all spread over three floors. No Real Ale is available.

The pub has one large, bright and airy room, with the bar on the right hand side and several seating combinations. There are lots of TV screens throughout the room showing sports. Outside seating is popular in summer, with a covered smoking area. Live music is staged on Saturday nights

Bryn-y-Mor Hotel

Large, pub, popular with both students and locals, served by a single bar offering five real ales (four during summer months), with two sourced from local breweries. Food served daily from a comprehensive menu, with daily specials. There is an emphasis on sports and several sports TV screens are positioned around the bar area. There is a Sunday quiz, with live music on Friday nights.

Fayre & Square run pub located by the boating pond in Singleton Park, adjacent to the university. It provides one real ale that is changing. Popular with students due to its cheap meals. However it is a relatively quiet pub.

Hogarths

Hogarths Swansea is a Victorian Style Gin Palace. The pub is a large and modern bar that also has several quiet snugs. Large crowds are often attracted at weekends. A vast array of screens show multiple sports and live music is a regular feature at the weekend The bar aims to serve 5-6 real ales that will constantly change depending on demand, so this may be reduced in the quiet Winter months. A large beer garden is located at the back of the pub.

Swansea Yacht & Sub Aqua Club

Swansea yacht club comprises of three levels. On entry the small bar is to the left. An upstairs area is accessible and provides views over looking Swansea marina. Downstairs is normally closed off but acts as a function room and a large screen TV area for when big games are shown. Non members are welcome for both food and drinks but will pay a small surcharge on items bought. Please sign the book on entry. Normaly two to three real ales are available.

The long bar and the majority (rear) of the room is on a raised platform. Lot's of entertainment on offer from pub games, several large screen TV's throughout the room and piped music.

An events based lounge bar, located in one of the business quarters in the city centre. This interesting venue consists of a large "L" shaped room with two comfortable lounge areas at either end and table seating in the middle, next to the corner stage area. All decorated in a modern semi industrial theme. Open all day, its open during the daytime as the "Hyst Coffee & Kitchen". Live music and events are held mostly at evenings and the end of the week. It's also used as a radio/TV studio with a sound proof studio at one end and a raised platform above the bar. The food menus covers Greek food and "Melbourne style Coffee" plus a variety of Sandwiches, Salads, Jacket Potatoes through to larger meals.
