Built in 1901, the pub is rumoured to be haunted as Anne Boleyn was from this area. Situated on the main road into Rochford town, opposite Southend Airport, the pub is easy to find. Some ales are from the wider Greene King range, but others are from smaller independent breweries such as Billericay, Colchester, Irwell Works and Tombstone.
