Horseshoe Inn
The Homend, Ledbury HR8 1BP
A grand set of stone steps and an attractive façade give way to a historic town pub with a long narrow interior with drinking areas front and rear. Many original features have survived past refurbishments, adding cosiness and much character. Families are welcome. Pizzas feature strongly on the menu, with a pizza oven prominent in the bar, and these are supplemented by tapas, burgers and salads.

Feathers Hotel
25 High Street, Ledbury HR8 1DS
This elegant black and white Elizabethan coaching inn, one of the flagship hotels for the county, has recently benefited from a major refurbishment. The smart, plush, quiet bar is complemented by a restaurant and separate coffee shop and eatery. The toilets are accessible to wheelchairs.
Brewery Inn
Bye Street, Ledbury HR8 2AG
On the right-hand side of what once was the entrance to Ledbury Town station stands the Brewery Inn, a fascinating and unspoilt 15th century two-bar town pub with traditional quarry-tiled floors. This well-supported local has a snug bar which is probably the smallest in the county. Traditional bar snacks available weekend lunchtimes. Limited free parking nearby. Guest beer from Marstons range.

A large, friendly and welcoming local on the outskirts of town (near the ring road), Before acquiring its cricketing name it was called the Biddulph Arms after the family estate to which it belonged. Royal Oak Hotel
The Southend, Ledbury HR8 2EY
A fine old coaching inn, built in 1643 and renovated in 1890, with a new facade covering the original timber-frame. However, inside the timber is much in evidence, including exposed wattle panels. Note the stained glass window. The hotel has recently been refurbished with new toilets and lighter decor. There is a split-level main bar with dining areas to the side. Home-prepared meals are served all day. There was a brewery on the site until 1921, which was restarted in 1996 but sadly closed again in 2000.
Seven Stars
11 The Homend, Ledbury HR8 1BN
The Seven Stars has successfully emerged from the fire-ravaged remains of what was, until 2001, the town's oldest pub dating from the Sixteenth Century. Contemporary decor of high standard contrasts well with the building's many old beams. The pub's focus is good food, served daily lunchtime (roast on Sunday) and evening, but the front bar is also welcoming to drinkers. Accommodation is in three en-suite rooms.
Prince of Wales
Church Lane, Ledbury HR8 1DL
Tucked away down a picturesque cobbled alley leading to the church, this 16th-century timber-framed pub has two bars plus an alcove where folk jam sessions are held on Wednesday evenings. A multi-award winner, it is a genuine community pub - always bustling with locals and visitors. Rosie's Pig and Snails Bank draught ciders are available as well as one rotating craft beer and an extensive range of foreign beers in bottles and cans. The bar meals are good value (booking advisable for Sunday roasts).

The restaurant, with its superb wood-panelling, offers affordable fine cuisine using locally-sourced ingredients, while conventional bar snacks are also available in the bar. Guest beers include those from Wadworths seasonal range or Red Shoot subsidiary.
Royal Hall
5A The Southend, Ledbury HR8 2EY

The large, vaulted, high-ceilinged space is furnished with a mix of tables and chairs plus settees with a pool table in the centre and two dart boards along one wall. The canopy of the Lodge Master's chair remains behind the bar where two large screens show Sky sports. On Thursday evenings you can get curry, rice and a pint for £6. The whole space can be hired for private functions.
Lion
38 Bye Street, Ledbury HR8 2AA
