Grade II-listed building recently refurbished with the cellar and kitchen also updated. The L-shaped bar has a mainly wooden floor with seating at the bar and at tables and in alcoves. There is a separate pool room. Freshly prepared home-cooked food is served with a seniors' lunch club on Thursday. Children eat free for the Sunday roast.
