Angel Inn
95 High Street, Andover SP10 1ND
Oldest building in Andover saved when the town centre was redeveloped. A timber-framed courtyard inn built by Winchester College 1445–55 with some later modifications but remarkably intact. It is one of Hampshire's oldest inns and is Grade II* Listed. Note also the coaching light window. There are two bars; the upper was once used as a Court. A pleasant small patio is at rear as well as the sheltered and decorated courtyard at the front. Live music and karaoke feature and there is pool and darts. Breakfasts are very good value.

A traditional pub dating from the 1600s on the edge of the main shopping area. This is a collaboration between Wessex Spirits and the Andover tap to move to more traditional premises. There are up to 12 beers available - four on handpump, four casks on gravity dispense and four key keg plus some real ciders. Families are welcome until 8pm and simple snacks are served at all times. The pub sign depicting the Lamb refers to the Knights Templar.

The riverside garden is very popular in summer months. Usually three to four beers are available from the Wadworth's guest list.
