Worcester's oldest pub is a period building set in the heart of the city centre. The main bar at the front, with its scrubbed wooden floor, beams and leaded windows, is full of life. A stone flagged, panelled passageway leads through the pub to an outdoor patio at the rear. The atmospheric back room features wood panelling, a stone flagged floor, serving hatch and impressive fireplace with wood burner and dribbly candles. A small snug has views of the bustling old street outside. Mainly local beers and a range of ciders available - triple samples available. Folk nights 1st Tuesday of the month. Imaginative bar snacks available until 9pm.
