Dating back to at least as far as 1423. Some original coaching inn features, remain including Tudor Archways and a very attractive cobbled stone courtyard. The main entrance from King Street still contains some of the original timbers. No real ale but Cobra & Kingfisher beers on keg plus bottled beers available. There is access to the Bhel Puri Indian street food restaurant, whose food can be consumed in the bar area.
