Victoria Cross

Opened in March 2016 as the Trooper Potts in honour of the town's only Victoria Cross holder, and was refurbed and renamed the Victoria Cross only three years later, with the reason for the latter remaining unknown. It's a Hungry Horse chain value pub/restaurant spacious 'megapub' including an upstairs area. They show multiple sports TV channels.
