Cosy high street local. Food served all day from opening until 9pm with homemade tasty traditional pub food the norm with daily specials and usually a roast on Sundays. Budget accommodation is available in the 27 bed bunkhouse. Two cask ales (from the Star list) on at all times, and rotate each week. In addition there is a font (keg) which features a beer which varies between "craft keg", lager and IPA's. Food available from midday (12:30 on Sunday) until 21:00 and 21:30 in the summer.
