A cafe cum bar in the former Sir Walter Scott pub. The front area of the bar where the counter's located has more of the appearance of a cafe, with an area at the back looking more like a bar/lounge. They don't serve real ale, but keg beers from the likes of Hackney Brewery are available. You don't have to eat in order sit and have a drink.
