A traditional pub, one of Clevedon’s oldest pubs dating to about 1754, popular with teams playing at the nearby Clevedon School and with North Somerset Council staff. There are plans in the longer term to upgrade the six letting bedrooms upstairs and open them up to bed and breakfast guests, keep an eye on the pub's excellent web site. A Quiz night is held every Wednesday at 9pm, Steak night is every Tuesday, Sunday Roast is a big feature and live music is on offer every second Thursday.
