Part of the Bristol based, Lounge group, this is friendly place to eat or just drink coffee or beer. They no longer serve cask ale, but do have their house pale ale and the Bath Ales stout on keg. Mondays is quiz night; live music Saturday nights. Board games and children's toys are always available. Meals are served all day, alcohol from 10am. Wheelchair accesible, but no separate toilet. Gluten free & vegan food menus are available.

Originally a farmhouse when Woodley was in the countryside. The interior stills shows signs of separate lounge and public bar areas which contrast with the conservatory extension. Two Sports TV channels shown. Has team in darts league and two in the Pool league. Live music occasional Saturdays. Large garden and a paved patio at the front. May serve cider on handhump in summer. A locals pub at one end of the Woodley shopping centre with a strong horse racing focus and a new outdoor decking area. This ex-Tanners pub was converted from a one to a two-bar pub mid 2000's then back to one bar in its 2016 refurbishment. Live music, usually last Saturdays. Occasional chairity events. There's a wide range of sports TV, especially horse racing.

Community pub built in the 1950's. Accent on TV sports and reasonably priced food, with the two separate bars knocked into one. Food available all day. Good selection of bottled beers available. Cider on handpump in the summer. Outdoor grassed area with bench tables. CAMRA members 10% discount. Monday nights - pool, Tuesdays - darts, Thursday- poker. Multiple teams in local leagues.

After a large-scale refurb in autumn 2016, the Thatchers became a gastro-pub with a bit of a South African theme. In May 2019 ownership moved to F&B Horizon, but it maintained its South African slant. South Lake is just about viewable through the trees from the large garden and car park. Food is available all day Monday to Saturday with a carvery Sunday noon to 4pm. Quiz nights Tuesdays. Access - steps at the front, but a level access fire door available at the rear. Bell push to summon staff to open. Has disabled access toilet.

Installed Real Ale in Spring 2014 (two regularly changing guest beers) having been keg only for a number of years. Unfortunately, real ale taken out in Autumn 2015 due to lack of demand. Large 1960s style pub at the front of Woodley shopping centre. Large front room houses the bar area. Smaller vault to the rear which doubles as the games area - pool table. Large screens TV in both areas cater for the sports viewer. Karaoke on Wednesdays and a quiz is held on Thursdays; live music Fridays and a DJ on Saturdays.
