Grantley Arms
The Street, Wonersh GU5 0PE
This Free house was purchased by Young's in March 2020. The core of this village pub is a late 16th or early 17th-century half-timbered building with later extensions. It is now one main bar with doors through to a restaurant. There is also a small separate room used for private dining. The pub has been modernised internally and is bright and busy. Buses stop outside, and there are evening and Sunday services from Cranleigh and Guildford.
Wonersh Village Club

Opened in 1887 as Wonersh Liberal Club. Architect William Seth-Smith had envisaged a considerably larger building but due to lack of funds only a portion of his plans were used. It continued until 1929 when it became the Wonersh & District Working Men’s Club and then more recently the Wonersh Village Club and is now part of the CIU (Club & Institute Union).
Barnett Hill Hotel

A country hotel situated in extensive grounds in the Surrey Hills between the villages of Wonersh and Blackheath. The imposing building in Queen Anne style comprises 59 en-suite bedrooms together with several dining rooms and a comfortable lounge bar open to all. Only a hotel since 2016 the hotel is gradually being renovated to a very high standard but has stopped selling real ale. Bar food is available until 6.00 p.m. after which meals are served in the Brasserie.
