A very friendly, recently refurbished, old fashioned drinking establishment. Situated to the west of the town centre this pub is a real survivor and it's furniture dates from a previous era. Langtons Incline Plain on handful and two guest ales. Several different areas to sit in and pool table in its own area. Having a large wide screen television the pub can extremely busy when rugby and football tournaments are in progress. Now serving Sunday lunches and booking is advisable. Participates in the Uppingham Town Beer Festival.
