The second Monday of the month is Acoustic Night, Quiz night is on the second Thursday and Poker night is on the last Thursday. The pub retains a traditional dog-friendly public bar (with level access and a wide door) and a quiet lounge bar. Outside is a large garden and a smaller decking area.

This club closed in 2013 but is now a locally supported flourishing club. The club uses polypins to ensure fresh beer is available. Several teams are supported at the club.
