Completely refurbished in 2010 this hotel and restaurant has an attractive and tasteful interior. Its bar serves two Arkell's beers; 3Bs plus a rotating one. There is also a handpump serving Weston’s cider. There is an extensive food menu specialising in locally sourced steaks cooked over a charcoal grill. There is a courtyard terrace and live music on Friday evenings. They received an AA Rosette for culinary excellence in 2016.

Very much orientated towards food and children's parties and themed nights - Caribbean and Italian etc. Became a Hardy's House Pub, which is a Greene King pub chain, some time before 2010. It is now part of Eating Inn, another Greene King company. Food is served until 10pm. Check website for special offers.

The covered hall area has a flag stone floor. A function room is available for free hire. Re-opened 31st July 2015 after a refurbishment following a major fire in 2013. Beer Garden. This pub on the main street opposite the memorial.

Full menu plus baguettes and jacket potato type food at lunch times and specials in the evenings. Apart from the two regular Arkell's beers, there is usually another Arkell's ale available. They all tend to be in excellent condition. Completely refurbished in 2004. Rename in July 2016 to Sally Pussey's Restaurant. Carvey times Friday 5.00pm to 9.00pm, Saturday 5.00pm to 9.00pm Sunday: 11.45 am to 8.30pm.
