A Wetherspoon's pub that was formerly a Savings Bank. The high ceilings and ornate cornices have been retained and pictures of old Perth adorn the walls of the open-plan lounge which overlooks the River Tay. The large Chubb safe from its banking days can be found in the family area. One of three regulars and five changing ales are dispensed, and food is available all day. Real cider only available occasionally. Beer festivals twice a year are popular with local ale drinkers. No dogs inside or out as per Wetherspoon policy. Alcohol sales from 11 am.
Cherrybank Inn

This 250-year-old former drovers' inn is a popular watering hole for locals. Ales from Inveralmond and other Scottish independents are available from the public bar or in the larger L-shaped lounge with views up to a woodland walk. Large sunny elevated wooden decking to rear. Hand pulls in bar, lounge and lower beer garden. Good bar lunches and evening meals are served. The inn has seven well-appointed en-suite rooms, and golf can be arranged for residents. The local No.7 bus is handy. Breakfasts also served 9:00 to 11:30. Family owned. Multi roomed bar converted to one room March 2020.
King James

The bar is built on top of what was the Blackfriars monastery, a Dominican priory dating back to medieval times, and is said to be the place where King James I of Scotland (1406-1437) was murdered by political opponents.there is a see-through section of the floor to allow punters to see into the depths of the cellars, where foundation stonework dating back to 1231 can be seen.

Conveniently located at historic South Street Port, a high-ceilinged, single-room establishment with dark wood panelling and a fine staircase up to the closed first floor. There are a number of alcoved seating areas, making for privacy if desired. Real ale reintroduced summer 2019. Bar snacks available.
Foundry Bar

A former foundry which has been architecturally restored with appropriate industrial features. This Belhaven pub is a deceptively large public house. You enter the bar via a courtyard that doubles as an outside eatery and drinks area. When you get inside the décor includes foundry castings, timber, stone and brick together with a large bar housing 4 handpulls and a huge mirror at the back. A sliding ladder slides behind the bar staff. presumably used to clean the mirror and obtain those items in difficult-to-reach places. Belhaven 1719 anniversary ale available during 2019.
