Originally a coaching inn dating from 1796 and refurbished in 2017, the Crow is an attractive, open-plan, popular pub. Six handpumps serve a range of cask ales from the Marston’s extended stable. A community local hosting crib, darts, dominoes, football and quiz teams. The boozy news corner features histories local pubs and breweries. All cask ales are discounted after 18:00 on Monday with Thursday being quiz night followed by a light supper. There is live music on the weekend and regular beer festivals.

Not Real Ale .... Description: This community pub is set in a terrace on one of the main roads out of Oldham. A single entrance leads to the spartan games room on the left or the homely lounge on the right. The lounge is divided into several areas by means of seating and a large frieze on one of the walls depicts a Coach and Horses. Old pictures of the area also feature. There is no food but families and dogs are welcome. There's a musical jam night on Thursdays with karaoke on Friday and Sunday evenings.

Recently refurbished popular town centre Free House featuring an open plan interior with the bar to a raised area to the rear. An excellent range of four to six rotating beers, mainly from local micros and LocAles but also featuring beers from further afar. Traditional cider/perry is often on sale on handpump. The fridges contain a good selection of Belgian and German bottled beers. Good value food is served daily until 8pm (7pm Sunday). Meal times: Full Menu Monday - Saturday, Noon - 8pm, Sunday Noon - 7pm.

Pub sold by Robinsons to Inglenook Inns & Taverns Ltd in early 2017, however the regular cask beer is still from Robinsons with another beer, often Wainwrights, also on sale. An early 20th century brick building with a quality refitting in 1928, including the insertion of a splendid glazed servery and lots of wall tiling, which remain to this day. The pub has also kept a traditional multi-roomed layout with a pool room and a cosy snug. There is always plenty of pub and beer related reading material available. The pub usually sells Old Tom in winter. Handy for the Mumps Metrolink tram stop.

The snug contains lots of trophies for the pub's teams as well as a pool table and darts board. There are large screen TV's with sports shown daily.
