A 15th century brick and black beamed pub just away from the Tuesday Market Place. Inside it has been modernised in a smart fashion but keeping the old features. There is a small bar and seating area at the front, and to the rear it opens up with a very high beamed roof and the large inglenook brick fireplace, there is also more seating up on a mezzanine over looking the bar. There is a public (pay) car park next to the pub.

The local CAMRA Branch's Club of the Year for 2020 can be found at the end of a lane next to the departure point for the West Lynn Ferry. The bar looks over the river and there is a balcony where you can sit and enjoy the views. Five beers are on offer from breweries near and afar, as well as local cider from Sandringham. Occasionally, there is live music in the bar at the weekend. New members and visitors are welcome.

This historic pub dates back to 1748. Perhaps its greatest claim to fame is that David Bowie performed here in 1966! Extensively refurbished in 2015 and under new management since 2021.

Re-opened late Nov 2008. Coffee Shop, Brasserie & Wine Bar open from breakfast until supper, with afternoon tea from 2.30-5.30. A hotel until the mid 90's it was originally an early 18th century merchant's house, becoming a bank towards the end of the century.
Dukes Head Hotel

The interior of the hotel has been radically redesigned in late 2016, and the former bistro has been turned into a stylish bar. The handpump has been removed and there is now no real ale available.

This pub is a treasure trove of interesting objects, many with a maritime or railway connection. There is a gallery and a garden which overlook the river. Good value food is served alongside the selection of five or six guest beers. Note the pub closes during the annual Mart, two weeks from around February 14th. There is no pub car park, but plenty of public ones close by.
