Nip & Growler Ale House
68 High Street, King's Lynn PE30 1AY
Lynn's first micro pub is located in a former camera shop on the High Street, near the Tuesday Market. The style is distressed industrial with the wood lined walls doing a good job at absorbing sound, making it easy to hold a conversation. The beer list is extensive, mostly fairly local and towards the stronger end of the scale. They are delivered by taps at the back of the bar and are served from key kegs - some of which are real ale, some are not as there is no live yeast in the container. It is not possible to tell which beers are of which format, one could inquire with the bar staff serving. There are also ciders, bottled and canned beers available, as well as a few snacks.
