Masons
New Road, Ingleton LA6 3HL
Early Victorian building on the busy main road away from the centre of this popular tourist village. Extensively refurbished in 2016 it is now a true family-run free house. A small bar-counter serves a long drinking space of linked areas with light and airy decor. Live music but not regularly. Patio with glazed roof and heating.
Wheatsheaf
22 High Street, Ingleton LA6 3AD
Handy for the finish of the Waterfalls Walk. The long, narrow bar is divided into different areas: one end has a pool table, the other leads into the restaurant which is as large as the bar. A wood-burning stove is a focal point. Music normally on last Saturday of the month. May close early if quiet.
Old Post Office
8 High Street, Ingleton LA6 3AA
The Old Post Office Microbar was indeed the village Post Office for almost a century and is located at the top end of the village shops. Originally licensed in 2015, it has now been converted into a quirky and cosy bar whose decor is best described as an eclectic mix of opulence and industrial. The OPO serves real cask beer, bottled ales, artisan gins, whiskey and other premium spirits. They also offer a large range of handcrafted bar snacks. There is now a small back room which may host folk evenings in future.
