Dog & Bacon
North Parade, Horsham RH12 2QR
A community pub in the heart of Horsham The Dog & Bacon is a quaint community pub, located close to the centre of Horsham on North Parade. Its dual bar, dining area, darts board and sun-trap beer garden encourages locals to relax and unwind. On top of that, the delicious food and award-winning Badger Beer from Dorset offers a true taste of what a Hall & Woodhouse pub is all about. The original pub, a 17th century cottage which stands next to its newer counterpart, is commonly believed to have been named after the ‘Dorking Beacon’ — a bonfire on the site of Horsham Common. Today, all that remains of the common is the triangular grassy patch of land opposite the pub. But we love it all the same.

We have a private meeting room that will seat 16 at a table or a few more in rows. Monday to Friday you can even have exclusive use of the whole pub. We will be happy to discuss your needs personally and offer a tailor made quotation.
Hornbrook
Brighton Road, Horsham RH13 6QA
A country pub on the edge of Horsham Located just outside the town of Horsham or the edge of rolling Sussex countryside, the Hornbrook joined the Hall & Woodhouse family in 2001 when the company acquired Horsham brewer King & Barnes and it’s the only pub in Britain so called. A great example of a classic traditional English pub, the name dates back to the pre-Norman dark ages, but no-one really knows what it means and although the nine letter word ‘Hornbrook’ has a scrabble value of 18 points, it’s not in the official Scrabble Players Dictionary. With a large garden, we’re also dog friendly, as every great pub should be, which makes the pub glorious in the summer and during the darker, colder winter months the cosy interior with roaring log fires, flagstone floors and oak beams, really comes into its own. We are taking online table bookings for up to six people at this time. If you are from two households and have a total number of guests greater than six, please telephone us to make your reservation.
