A pub restaurant with a strong emphasis on quality food, the pub website describes it as a premium country dining venue close to Cannock Chase. There is a drinker's area by the bar. The beer range may vary. Breakfast is served 9-11.30 on Saturday and Sunday. Vegetarian dishes are available. Between 1991 & 1993 the pub was known as the Oakhouse Inn.
