A town centre Wetherspoon pub that is named after the famous illuminated carnival held in Bridgwater every November. There is a large bar area, with another room off to one side. At the rear there is a family area and outside a courtyard garden with a smokers area. It offers a good range of changing Somerset and Devon ales to go with the normal extensive food menu.

Four real ales on offer which are mainly sourced from local breweries and there is a strong commitment to real cider from local producers.
