Situated only 1 mile outside Bridgnorth this smartly refurbished roomy pub is situated in the picturesque heart of Shropshire. A modern take on the traditional family pub where everyone feels welcome. Entrance is via a ramp by the main road to the front door or from the large rear car park, down steps and entering the bar from the patio area. The main bar area is abundant with comfortable seating with a log burning stove adding to the welcoming ambience. Dogs are welcome in the bar area. The Snug and Library dining rooms are located off the bar area and offer private dining for small parties. The large conservatory was replaced in the 2017 and offers panoramic views of the river Severn valley. This pub is very busy with diners during the weekend and booking is advisable. To the rear of the building is a large function room with private bar and patio area and available for private hire, ideal for wedding receptions. Outside the enclosed decked patio area has ample seating and has fine views over the river. From here there are steps down to a grassed lower garden with bench seating. The house beer is G.S.P.A. - Gorgeous Swan Pale Ale which is Ringwood Brewery Boondoggle 4.2%.

The Railwaymans Arms opened in 1861 as a refreshment room a year before the railway itself and has never closed. It is situated on platform 1 of the heritage railway in Bridgnorth. There are nine handpumps serving a selection of local and national real ales, one serving cider or perry. The bars contain lots of railway memorabilia and the platform drinking area is an ideal place to soak up the atmosphere of a steam railway. Very popular at weekends and holidays. There are plans for a major refurbishment in 2022 when the two rooms will increase to three. Opens at 10am daily including Sunday whilst trains are running daily.

First licensed in 1810, this Low Town free-house is a popular pub with all age groups. Nine hand-pulls serve four regular and three changing guest beers which include seasonal ales. Extended into the adjacent property in late 2016, it now has three drinking areas. The extended front bar has a rustic feel but with a modern atmosphere. To the right of the entrance is a large wood-panelled lounge bar which leads to a conservatory. The lounge and conservatory have wide screen TVs, mainly for sporting events which are enthusiastically supported by the regulars. Meals are not served but filled rolls are often available Ensuite bed and breakfast accommodation is available with meals being served in the dining room to the rear of the lounge. The external smoking area leads to a long courtyard, pleasant for outdoor drinking with access to the nearby River Severn. The Pay & Display car park is accessed from Severn Street, although pub customers may park free of charge.

This 17th-century Coaching Inn is a traditional town centre Inn with separate public and lounge bars. It was purchased in 2017 by Holden's Brewery, and extensively refurbished. Pictures on the walls of the two comfortable lounge bars record the history of the pub. The public bar is the venue for sports teams. At the rear there is an outdoor patio drinking area near the car park, and a covered smoking area. Following extensive and sympathetic refurbishment in 2018 the pub has now been divided by a central bar serving both sides. The Bar area has cosy corners and snugs warmed by a log burner fire. The smaller Lounge area has french doors opening onto the courtyard which has a large covered area. Off this courtyard is a function room which has been restored with reclaimed oak panelling. Large roadside pub situated in the Low Town area of Bridgnorth. This family focused pub was refurbished in the autumn 2018 to a high standard and is within easy walking distance of Severn park, the river Severn and the town's other attractions. Four handpulls serve two permanent beers and two changing beers, all from the Marston's portfolio. The interior has two distinct areas, one for drinkers and the other for diners, both served by one large central bar. Meals are served in both areas with the dining area having table service, whilst meals for the bar area are ordered at the bar. A very comprehensive menu is available with a lunch time menu being available on Mondays to Fridays 12 - 4pm.

The Falcon is a historic building located in Low Town area of Bridgnorth. It was originally established in the 17th Century as a Coaching Inn and first licensed in 1851. In Sept 2017 new management took the reigns of this beautiful building and embarked on a major renovation program. The refurbishment project saw the redevelopment and transformation of the ground floor restaurant and bar area into a luxurious space for drinking and dining. Breakfasts are served Monday – Friday 7.30 – 9.30am and Saturday & Sunday 8.00 – 10.00am Access to the car park at the rear is easiest accessed off Severn Street rather than from the front of the premises through a narrow arch.

Popular locals' pub in the heart of the Low Town area of Bridgnorth. A busy front bar faces Mill Street. This room is usually packed with locals enjoying sport on TV or playing darts (the pub boasts two teams which play in the local league). Towards the rear of the building, down a corridor there is a comfortable lounge to the left and a pool room at the rear with cast iron tables and chairs. The toilets are located off this room. Bassa Villa dates as far back as 1593 with the name having been derived from the Latin term 'the town in the basin'. It is possible to see exactly why the name was given when you see that The Bassa Villa stands at the bottom of the Cartway which is, and always has been, the main gateway up into 'High Town'. The rooms are all contained within the main building and no matter where you are, you're never too far away from the character of the building. The large Garden is on the bank of the River Severn. The Opening Times quoted are for the winter months. In Summer the pub is open from 12 noon until 8pm on weekdays. Weekend times are unaltered.

A popular pub close to the Town Hall, the internal layout has been opened out to form one large drinking area, although there are a number of separate drinking areas on either side of the bar. Current licensee Kris tookover early in 2020 and the pub now sells food, with breakfast available from 10am. Food service finishes at 6pm, but take-away and deliveries can be ordered until closing time. There is a television and major sporting events are screened regularly.
