Dog & Gun Inn

Large opened-out lounge bar, comfortably decorated, offering food and cask ales. There is also a small restaurant to one side and a separate restaurant/function room in a conservatory to the rear. It has a beer garden and caravan pitches to the rear and a decked outside drinking area to the front. Under new ownership from Spring 2021. Carlton Minniott is a long linear village, stretching for nearly 2 kilometres from Thirsk Station west along the A61. The Dog & Gun is in the western half of the village.
