Walmgate Ale House

Located in a 17th century listed building, the Ale House offers a changing range and variety of styles from mainly LocAle breweries through six handpulls. Complementing the beers are a wide range of homemade bar snacks and a bistro menu is served through the upstairs Chopping Block restaurant. Spring 2020 Pub of the Season (also in 2016), the cosy and comfortable rustic bar area and games room is themed on the previous occupants of rope and saddle makers.
