Good beer, pizza and live music sums up the Hop. Owned by Ossett brewery, beers from their family (Rat, Fernandes and occasionally Riverhead) feature strongly alongside other guest beers. There is a front bar area leading to large open area with long tables at the rear and a stage for regular "unplugged" music acts. Former Italian restaurant with original tiling and exposed brickwork throughout. Pizza, cooked in a wood fired pizza oven, is served lunchtimes and evenings.
