Olde Anchor Inn

Authentic old oak beamed pub with low ceilings built in 1601 and mentioned in Cromwell's dispatches. Split into a bar, that features a large fireplace and range and Bar Billiards, and a separate restaurant area. An additional wood-panelled function room is available for meetings and parties. The remains of the Old Brew House, once used by the defunct Jolly Roger Brewery, are at the rear.
