Family and dog friendly pub with wooden floors, hanging hops, open fires and some pew seating that gives a true country feel. There's a separate dining room with great views and a snug where families are welcome. Six real ales plus local ciders and sometimes perry adorn the bar. Local seasonal ingredients are used in the range of pub food which is available midday and evenings, and only on Sunday lunchtimes. A classic country pub, which opens all day on Bank Holiday Mondays. Level access to lounges and bar, step to WCs (not adapted).
