Freehouse where the permanent beers are joined by guests from all over the county plus two draught ciders. Mismatched furniture, nooks and crannies, newspapers and foliage provide a homely environment but equally encourage people to visit, making the pub busy throughout the week. Quality food served in the bar and separate restaurant. Restaurant open until 9pm Friday and Saturday. Large covered heated outdoor area to the front; garden to the rear. A "no swearing" rule is enforced. Car park small but ample parking on street. Dogs are welcome and numerous.
