The Swanne was an inn in 1586 and went through many changes before opening as a Wetherspoons in late 1998. A later indenture, c1650, uses the modern spelling of The Swan Inn. Recently refurbished with many prints about the local history. Handily situated close to the bus stops in the centre of town. Serving a full range of Wetherspoon real ales with more seating available at the rear.
