Multi-roomed pub close to Pennington Flash on west side of Leigh. Good food served and has outdoor seating at the front and a garden to the rear. Note that real ale served in the main canal boating season from late Spring until Early Autumn. Bottles of Spitfire, Greene King IPA etc are stocked at other times of year
