Pub of the Year 2014 and Community Pub of the Year 2019/2020. This is a multi-roomed pub with up to six hand pumps featuring beers from local and national breweries. There is real cider available Easter onwards & during Crookefest (April & nov). The beer garden overlooks the Leeds-Liverpool canal at the rear. Food is available with Real Chips. Children welcome until 9 pm. The Cellar Bar provides a separate facility, ideal for hire by clubs and for private functions. Winter opening Oct - Easter Mon Tue Wed 3pm-10pm then 12pm-11pm rest of week.
