Once the hayloft above stables by the canal basin, low beams, a powerful stove and deep seating make for a unique atmosphere. Six beers listed on the school blackboard plus a real cider. Outside, a large decked area is excellent in summer and has a new children's play area. Light meals are served all day until 8pm and there is a pool table and a function room. Bus and rail stations are within a mile.
